Holiday Catty Sneak Peek!

Recently I hosted a Holiday Catalogue Sneak peek class with some amazing new free products that I received while I was on the Greek Incentive trip. I used the new Holiday Catalogue to inspire my projects as I was a little jet lagged after returning for two weeks on the #besttripever! Delivering some Sunshine!

Do you make special treats for your customers? I wish I had time to do it more often, but I definitely like to tuck a card into their order bags for sure. Recently at a team meeting we made this adorable card featuring the You Always Deliver stamp set and mini shipping boxes. I think popcorn is the perfect treat (have you checked on my Oreo Popcorn recipe?) and a bag of popcorn fits perfectly into these mini shipping boxes. A quick and cute tag is all that is needed to give this fun little thank you gift to your customers! I love how we can easily color our little UPS guy with the Stampin’ Blends. Fun tip: I used the bronze Stampin’ Blend on his satchel. Let me know what some of your favourite treats are to give! I am always looking for inspiration!

Oh Baby Baby!

I recently had to make a batch of baby cards for a swap which was a bit of a challenge for me. I am in that ‘in between’ stage of life where none of my old school friends are having any more babies and my more younger more hip lululemon friends are just starting to get married off…aka no babies lately! So I haven’t been buying too many baby stamps! I am however in love with a new under the radar stamp set called Hoot Hoot Hooray (order # 149352). It is NOT in the new annual catalogue, it is in the new beginner stampers little mini catalogue thing (I am sure their is an official name, haha!). Well I love it! And I also love the comeback of all things YELLOW! Hello yellow! Happy to have you back on trend! Incentive Trip Swaps

One of the best parts of the Incentive Trip is it is the only time Stampin’ Up! coordinates an organized swap. We have to create 26 swaps, one being kept by SU, and the other swapped out. We drop them off in a labelled bag on the first day at sea and then pick them up a few days later. In the past I have been lucky enough to get swaps back from some stampin’ royalty! I hope I am lucky enough this time too! The card below is what I came up with. It uses the Friend Like You stamp set, Stitched Labels and Tropical framelits, plus the Dinoroar DSP and AMAZING new Old Olive/Pretty Peacock reversible ribbon (I highly recommend this, so awesome in person!) and what card of mine is complete without a little metallic thread? I hope everyone enjoys my swaps and I cannot wait to see the swap boards in our hospitality room!
