To a Wild Rose...I love you!

I have used the To a Wild Rose stamp set more than any other out of the new Idea Book and Catalogue! What stamp set have your been continually drawn to? I recently had a team meeting where we participated in catty cases so I reached for this awesome stamp set to make these three fabulous cards. I love how each one is unique and really showcases the versatility of this stamp set! I have used this set on scrapbook pages as well, I just cannot get enough of it!

You're The Best

My kids have officially wrapped up another school year (cue mom tears!). I really want to hit the pause button on life but as they like to remind me, they just can’t help growing up! This year I got Shepard and Summer on board to help make some cute and easy year end treats to give to their school friends. I know their classmates always enjoy getting a special treat from them as we do it every holiday (halloween, Christmas, valentine’s and easter!). I hope your kids had an awesome year at school and enjoy their summer holiday!

Last day of school! Yay!

I actually cannot believe how fast this past school year has gone by! Happy dance over here I don’t have to make any more school lunches (can I get a Hell ya!) and I don’t have to set my alarm clock for 5 mornings a week! Looking forward to a more relaxed daily routine and spending time with my kids. The time is going to quickly and I am appreciative of our moments together. But no school year is complete without making some awesome teacher thank you cards! Here is what the kids made for their teachers this year!

Oh. Snap!

At the top of my “MUST ORDER” list is this awesome stamp set, Capture the Good. I could not wait to create a page layout with it! The possibilities are absolutely endless with the camera image and the sentiments are perfect for a variety of projects! My monthly page class will get to create this page on Wednesday. We meet the last Wednesday of each month. If you are in the YEG area I would love if you popped in for a scrapbook class sometime! To color the cameras I used our awesome Stampin’ Blends in Roccoco Rose, Bermuday Bay, Old Olive and Mango Melody. All of the images on this page are from this one stamp set!

A little bit of Canada...

I have been lucky enough to travel internationally with Stampin’ Up! on a few of our Incentive Trips. One of my favourite things to do is leave a little Canada behind for our cruise steward or housekeeping staff at our hotel. This year I will be treating people to some authentic maple syrup from Purdy’s, a Canadian chocolatier! I will make a cute card of course to go along with these maple leaf syrup bottle! So if you are looking for a fun idea when travelling this might be it!
